Symptoms

  • 正在透過 NetWorker VMware Protection （NVP） vProxy 應用裝置執行 VM 還原。
  • 已儲存的復原記錄可在 NetWorker 伺服器下方取得：
    • Linux：/nsr/logs/recover
    • Windows：C：\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\logs\recover
  • 用於復原的 vProxy 應用裝置也會包含以下復原記錄：
    • /opt/emc/vproxy/runtime/logs/vrecoverd
    • /opt/emc/vproxy/runtime/logs/recycle/vrecoverd/
  • 復原失敗，並顯示「5037 - 非法作業」

Cause

NetWorker 伺服器可以完全解析 Data Domain;但是，用於還原 VM 的 vProxy 應用裝置無法。

Resolution

請確定 Data Domain 可從 vProxy 應用裝置解析： 
nslookup address
 
注意：FQDN、短名稱和 IP 位址應全部解析。

如果無法透過 DNS 解決 Data Domain 問題，請在包含 Data Domain 系統的 IP 位址、FQDN 和短名稱的 vProxy 上建立 /etc/host 檔案專案。
 
注意：Data Domain 也必須可從 vProxy 所在 ESXi 主機解析，以執行檔案層級復原和即時復原。
 
如果無法透過 DNS 解決 Data Domain 問題，請在包含 Data Domain 系統的 IP 位址、FQDN 和短名稱的 ESXi 主機上建立 /etc/host 檔案專案。
