Symptoms
在笔记本电脑盖合上的情况下，使用坞站的 DisplayPort （DP） 线缆时，BitLocker 针脚屏幕可能不会在连接到 Belkin KVM 的全高清 （FHD） 外部显示器上显示。这会影响 UN-3 系列中的 Belkin 设备。
受影响的平台：
- Latitude 5320
- Latitude 5430
- Latitude 9420
- Precision 3470
- XPS 17 9700
受影响的坞站：
- WD19DCS — 戴尔高性能坞站
- WD22TB4 — 戴尔 Thunderbolt 坞站
如果坞站或 Belkin UN-3 KVM 断开连接，FHD 外部显示器将显示 BitLocker pin 屏幕。如果 FHD 显示器直接连接到计算机，BitLocker 固定屏幕也会显示。
Cause
这是 KVM 限制导致的预期行为。
Resolution
对此有几种可能的解决方案。
- 在空白屏幕期间键入 BitLocker 的 PIN，然后按 Enter 键。
- 使用连接到 KVM 控制台输出的 FHD 外接显示器时，使用 HDMI 而不是 DP 将坞站连接到 Belkin KVM UN-3。
- 使用显示分辨率大于 1920x1080 的显示器。
