Symptoms

PPDM 내에서 Microsoft SQL Server 자산 검색을 실행하려고 하면 다음 오류가 발생하여 검색이 실패할 수 있습니다. 
ADA0002: Unable to discover ASSETS on host  because of an agent issue.
Unable to perform applications discovery because agent failed to create the discovery session.
또는 
ASDS0018: Discovery of Assets failed on the host  for AddOn MICROSOFT_SQL_DATABASE_SYSTEM.

DPSApps\AgentService\logs\OpAgentSvc* 로그에서 다음 오류가 기록됩니다. 
ErrCode: -2147467259, Error: SSL Provider: The certificate chain was issued by an authority that is not trusted.

Cause

Resolution

이 문제를 해결하려면 아래 단계를 따르십시오.

  1. SQL Server Configuration Manager를 엽니다.
  2. SQL Native Client 11.0 구성을 마우스 오른쪽 버튼으로 클릭하고 속성을 선택합니다.
  3. Force Protocol Encryption 값을 No로 설정하고 OK를 선택합니다.
  4. SQL Native Client 11.0 구성(32비트) 구성에 대해 동일한 단계를 수행합니다.
  5. SQL Server 재부팅
  6. SQL Server가 실행되고 나면 PPDM UI에서 검색을 실행합니다.

경우에 따라 에이전트의 등록을 취소하거나 제거하고 검색이 작동하려면 재설치해야 할 수 있습니다.
