Symptoms

在 PPDM 中，嘗試探索 Microsoft SQL Server 資產時，探索可能會失敗，並出現下列錯誤： 
ADA0002: Unable to discover ASSETS on host  because of an agent issue.
Unable to perform applications discovery because agent failed to create the discovery session.
或 
ASDS0018: Discovery of Assets failed on the host  for AddOn MICROSOFT_SQL_DATABASE_SYSTEM.

在 DPSApps\AgentService\logs\OpAgentSvc* 記錄中，會記錄下列錯誤： 
ErrCode: -2147467259, Error: SSL Provider: The certificate chain was issued by an authority that is not trusted.

Cause

Resolution

若要解決此問題，請按照以下步驟操作：

  1. 開啟 SQL Server Configuration Manager
  2. 在 SQL Native Client 11.0 組態上按一下滑鼠右鍵，然後選取屬性。
  3. 將強制通訊協定加密值設為「否」，然後選取「OK」。
  4. 針對 SQL Native Client 11.0 組態 （32 位） 組態執行相同的步驟
  5. 重新開機 SQL Server
  6. SQL 伺服器啟動並執行後，請從 PPDM UI 執行探索。

有時，可能需要取消註冊或卸載代理程式，並重新安裝探索以正常運作。
