Cause

HUOMAUTUS: Jos jokin DIMM-moduuleista puuttuu tai järjestelmän tapahtumalokeissa näkyy korjauskelvoton tapahtuma, DIMM-moduulit on vaihdettava.
  1. Tarkista SEL-lokeista, että solmussa on virheitä, joita ei voi korjata.

  1. Tarkista, puuttuuko DIMM-moduuleja tapahtuman vuoksi.

Resolution

Kerää edellä kuvattujen komentojen tulokset ja avaa palvelupyyntö, jossa viitataan KB 215723 -moduuliin, jotta voit tarkistaa vaihdettavan DIMM-palvelimen ominaisuudet. 


Jos DIMM-moduulin asentaminen onnistui, xDoctor-versio 4.8.92.0 tai uudempi edellyttää vaikutuspiirin solmun SEL:n tyhjentämistä. Se estää lisähälytykset tästä lokimerkinnästä.


Esimerkki järjestelmän tapahtumalokin (SEL) tyhjentämisestä:

Hae järjestelmän tapahtumaloki iDRACista ja varmista, että tuloksessa on virhe. 

Tarkista ennen SEL:n nollausta, ettei siinä ole muita korjattavaa virhettä. Tallenna loki myös kansioon /var/log/hardware Kuten on kuvattu KB 49569.

Esimerkissä 192.168.219.101 vastaa solmun 1 iDRAC-IP-osoitetta:
