Cause

Data Domain OS använder nya chiffer som inte anges i mcserver.xml i Avamar.

Resolution

Det bör inte finnas några säkerhetskopieringar, återställningar eller replikeringar som körs på Avamar Server.

Ta en kopia av /usr/local/avamar/var/mc/server_data/prefs/mcserver.xml.

Stoppa MCS-tjänsten.

Uppdatera följande poster i mcserver.xml:
<entry key="ddr_rest_supported_cipher_suites"
and
<entry key="ssl_ciphers"
Kontrollera att följande chiffer finns i båda posterna:

Avamar-serverdelsrapporten (DD) bör nu fungera.
