NetWorker: Unable to access NWUI | Page can't be found

Summary: NetWorker Web UI (NWUI) is redirected to "Page can't be found" when trying to access it.

Symptoms

When trying to access, NWUI is getting below error.
NWUI Access Error

Below are the log messages from nwui.raw.

Cause

Possible Reasons:

NWUI services might not be up.
NWUI database (Postgres DB) might not be running.

Run the below commands to check if NWUI services are running or not.

On Linux:
ps -ef | grep nwui

On Windows:
tasklist | findstr nwui

Resolution

On Linux:

Must run nwui_configure.sh (script) from /opt/nwui/scripts
If the issue still persists, reinstall NWUI and run nwui_configure.sh (script)

Run nwui_configure.sh (script):

[root@***** linux_x86_64]# /opt/nwui/scripts/nwui_configure.sh
Specify the directory where the Java Standard Edition Runtime Environment (JRE) software is installed [/usr/java/latest]:
Specify the host name of the NetWorker Authentication Service host [*****]:
Specify the host name of the NetWorker Server to be Managed by NWUI [*****]:
Specify the AUTHC port for Networker Server which is managed by NWUI [9090]:
The NetWorker Web UI Server requires a keystore file to configure encryption and to provide SSL support.
EMC recommends that you specify a password that has a minimum of nine characters,
with at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, one number and one special character.
Do you want to use the existing keystore /nsr/nwui/monitoring/app/conf/nwui.keystore [y]?

On Windows:

Re-install NWUI

To uninstall NWUI:
Control Panel - Select NetWorker - change - clear NWUI - change.

To install NWUI:
Control Panel - Select NetWorker - change - check NWUI - change.
Reinstall menu on control panel
