Cause
The "Host Header check" security feature ensures iDRAC access using IPv4/IPv6 address, RAC Name, or defined FQDN (DNSRacName.DNSDomainName).
Updating iDRAC firmware to version 6.xx or later changes the static 1Pv4 or 1Pv6 DNS settings.
The iDRAC user interface might not be accessible anymore; the HTTPS access to the webserver in iDRAC9 firmware through FQDN is blocked.
The following parameters are changed to default:
DNSDomainFromDHCP=Enabled
DNSDomainName=
DNSDomainNameFromDHCP=Enabled

Resolution
Use RACADM to connect and correct the DNS setting:
1. Disable 'HostHeaderCheck' if it is used.
racadm set idrac.webserver.HostHeaderCheck 0
2. Log in to the iDRAC user interface and re-configure the DNS setting
iDRAC Settings -> Connectivity tab -> Network -> Common Settings + 1Pv4 Settings /1Pv6 Settings

After making the changes, enable 'HostHeaderCheck' if re-enabling the check is wanted.
racadm set idrac.webserver.HostHeaderCheck 1
Test the access to the iDRAC WEB console again
