후 PowerProtect Data Manager 파일 시스템 에이전트 등록 실패 PowerProtect Data Manager UI>애플리케이션 에이전트>등록 상태에는 인증서를 수락한 후 실패가 표시됩니다.  

안으로 C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\AgentService\logs\OpAgentSvc-******.log, 아래와 같이 표시됩니다. PPDM IpCheck validation failed 때문에 /greetings call.

PowerProtect Data Manager 파일 시스템 에이전트 등록 실패의 근본 원인은 역방향 IP 조회 구성이 없기 때문입니다. Windows 업그레이드를 실행하라는 프롬프트에 아래 내용이 표시될 때까지 nslookup 클라이언트 측에서 PowerProtect Data Manager의 이름 확인을 확인합니다. PowerProtect Data Manager 호스트 이름에는 작동하지만 역방향 IP 조회에는 작동하지 않습니다. 

PowerProtect Data Manager 파일 시스템 사용자 가이드에 "이름 확인 및 역방향 IP 조회를 구성해야 합니다"라고 설명되어 있습니다. 

해결 방법은 DNS 서버에서 PowerProtect Data Manager의 역방향 IP 조회를 구성하는 것입니다. 현재 DNS 서버에 액세스할 수 없는 경우 클라이언트 측에서 호스트 파일을 임시로 수정합니다. 그런 다음 UI의 등록 상태가 자동으로 승인 대기 중으로 변경되어야 합니다. 그렇지 않은 경우 클라이언트 측에서 PowerProtect 에이전트 서비스를 수동으로 재시작합니다.
