Symptoms

Latitude 노트북이 배터리로만 실행되는 경우 CPU가 저전력 상태에서 실행되어 작업 관리자에서 CPU 주파수가 1GHz 미만으로 떨어질 수 있습니다. 이 문제는 CPU가 사용 중일 때에도 발생합니다.

Cause

배터리가 낮은 MPP(Maximum Power Point) 및 SPP(Sustainable Power Point) 값을 EC(Embedded Controller)에 보고합니다.

Resolution

컴퓨터에서 BIOS 버전 1.38.1 이상으로 업데이트하면 문제가 해결됩니다. BIOS를 다운로드하고 설치하려면 BIOS 업데이트 가이드를 참조하십시오.
