Résolution

EMS-logfilens placering er flyttet i Dell Data Protection | Encryption 8.3.0 fra C:\ProgramData\Credant\EMS\Logs til C:\ProgramData\Dell\Dell Data Protection\Encryption. Windows-installationsprogrammet har dog muligvis stadig den tidligere placering cachelagret. Hvis mappen C:\ProgramData\Credant\EMS\Logs slettes manuelt, skal du MSIexec forsøger at reparere mappen, når brugeren højreklikker på en fil i Windows Stifinder.

For at stoppe MSIExec fra at forsøge at reparere Dell Data Protection | Krypteringsinstallation, skal du genoprette mappen C:\ProgramData\Credant\EMS\Logs.

Dette problem er løst i Dell Data Protection | Krypterings-v8.5.0 og nyere.
