原因

L'utente deve utilizzare il nome breve FSAgent nel file /etc/hosts, tuttavia PowerProtect Data Manager per motivi di sicurezza richiede un FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name).

解決方法

  1. Controllare il DNS per il client FSAgent per risolvere il problema sul nome di dominio completo
  2. Eseguire register.sh e installare l'Agent utilizzando "IP address" dove viene richiesto l'FQDN o l'IP.
  3. Modificato il file /opt/dpsapps/agentsvc/register.sh in modo che NSORDER = bind

  1. Aprire il file più recente in /opt/dpsapps/agentservice/logs/Op*.log e cercare gli fqdn delle parole chiave.
