原因

사용자는 /etc/hosts 파일에서 FSAgent 짧은 이름을 사용해야 하지만 보안상의 이유로 PowerProtect Data Manager에는 FQDN(Fully Qualified Domain Name)이 필요합니다.

解決方法

  1. FSAgent 클라이언트의 DNS를 확인하여 FQDN으로 확인합니다.
  2. register.sh 실행하고 FQDN 또는 IP를 요청하는 "IP 주소"를 사용하여 에이전트를 설치합니다.
  3. 편집된 /opt/dpsapps/agentsvc/register.sh 파일에서 NSORDER = bind
NSORDER = bind를 갖도록 파일 편집
  1. /opt/dpsapps/agentservice/logs/Op*.log에서 최신 파일을 열고 키워드 fqdn을 검색합니다.
