Register for a Dell Technologies Support account

Create a Dell Technologies Support account to obtain APEX Cloud Platform documentation, license files, and software updates.

About this task

If you already have an account, link your Dell Technologies Support account with APEX Cloud Platform Manager and access support resources without having to log in separately.

If not, register on Dell Technologies Support and link your account to access resources from within APEX Cloud Platform Manager.

For information about how to access a Dell Technologies Online Support account or to upgrade an existing account, see KB 21768.

Steps

  1. Go to Dell Technologies Support.
  2. Select Create an Account and follow the steps to create an account.
    It may take approximately 48 hours to receive confirmation that you created the account.
