Edit or delete file filters

Use the PowerProtect Data Manager to edit or delete file filters. You can change the filter name, description, logical operator, and filtering conditions.

Steps

  1. Select Protection > File Filters.
    The File Filters window appears with the added filters.
  2. To edit a filter, complete the following tasks:
    1. Select a filter, and click Edit.
      The Edit Filter wizard appears.
    2. Modify the appropriate fields, and then click Save.
      The Warning page appears.
    3. Click Continue to save your changes.
  3. To delete a filter, select the filter that you want to delete, and then click Delete.
