Procedure to remove M.2 2280 solid-state drive

  1. Locate the solid-state drive/Intel Optane storage module on your computer.

  2. Remove the screw (M2x2) that secures the solid-state drive/Intel Optane storage module to the palm-rest assembly.
  3. Slide and remove the solid-state drive/Intel Optane storage module from the solid-state drive slot.
