Premier Account
Dell Premier Account is a convenient hub allowing you to manage your page settings with a few clicks. From here you can adapt your page according to your needs, by customizing page settings, page access, payment types, assets and warranties, reports, and much more.
Account Maintenance
Want to quickly move to another existing Premier page for your profile? Look up the required Premier store via the drop-down search box at the top of the left navigation.
- ‘Make As Default’ so it will pre-populate in checkout.
- ‘Pin To Top’ enables quick access to your preferred addresses during checkout.
- To edit or delete a locked address, ‘Submit Request’
Billing addresses can only be added, edited or deleted by your Dell representative.
b. Payment Types – Set up, change, or view the payment types you use when shopping Premier. As a user with administration rights, you can get greater visibility into payment credit limits and assign payment method access (depending on user role).
To make a new payment type available to your account, contact your Dell Representative.
To manage your payment cards, find the “Credit Card” payment type, click the “Action” cogwheel, and then select “Manage Cards”
c. Express Checkout - Access and manage previously saved checkout profiles from the list. To edit a checkout profile, select that profile in your cart, continue to checkout, and edit the profile details in the "Shipping and Payment" step.
b. Subscription users. If there is a subscription associated with your Premier account through one of your Dell Customer Numbers, you can also manage the access of the individual users to the subscriptions here. Should you want to invite a user into your subscription, if that user has not yet been added to your Premier account, the user will be added automatically with a Shopper-No-Price role, provided the Access Group “General Access” is configured by your Dell Representative.
c. Single Sign-On. As a Site Administrator you can set up Single Sign-On (SSO) for your organization via your Premier Account page. This needs to be enabled by Dell. Contact your sales representative if you are interested in initiating SSO.
b. Buy Again (US) / Recent Online Orders - Access your recent online orders (placed online in the last 60 days) and add to Cart with a single click on ‘Buy Again’, including at item-level Users with Site access roles, for example Site eQuote Buyer etc., can view all the site-wide recent online orders. Note: Excludes orders placed from sales-created quotes.
c. Order History (US only) - provides access to the Order Status from within Premier to get the most up-to-date information related to order history and the ability to export the data (.xls). Here you can
- view order details information
- retrieve invoice PDFs, packing slips and Service tags
- find shipment tracking details for all packages
- cancel orders eligible for cancellation (availability may vary by region) and get help from Dell Customer Support.
b. Support History - Provides visibility to your organization's support history and enables tracking of all service requests for your service-tagged devices. (Assets associated with their Dell Customer Number).
c. Documents - View and retrieve documentation, that has been posted by your Dell Account team.

User Roles
1 - Managing User Roles
Eight User Roles defined:

Site Administrator
Site Administrators have access to all Premier shopping and buying functionality, all site customization tools and all user management tools. They have the sole authority to add/edit and remove users in Access Groups and on the Premier page. They also have comprehensive shopping and buying privileges across all Access Groups within their Premier page. If enabled, you can set up Single Sign-On (SSO) for your organization via your Premier Account page. Contact your sales representative if you are interested in initiating SSO. -
User Administrator
User Administrators can assign user roles to others within their own Access Group. A User Administrator cannot create or modify Access Groups but can invite new users into their Access Group. In effect, a User Administrator does not customize site content for users but can specify the level of buying authorization for users within their Access Group. User Administrators also have comprehensive shopping and buying privileges, have access to sales quotes published for any users and can retrieve the eQuotes of any user in their Access Group. -
Site eQuote Buyer
Site eQuote Buyers have comprehensive buying privileges but no site customization privileges that can affect other users. They can access sales quotes or eQuotes saved by any member of an Access Group (provided Site eQuote Buyer has access to that group), and place orders. -
Site eQuote Shopper
Site eQuote Shoppers can view any content that is specified for their Access Group. They can access sales quotes or eQuotes saved by any member of an Access Group (provided Site eQuote Shopper has access to that group) but have no buying privileges.

eQuote Buyer
eQuote Buyers have comprehensive buying privileges but no site customization privileges that can affect other users. They can only save and retrieve eQuotes saved by members of their own Access Group, and place orders. -
Buyer
Buyers can save and retrieve their own eQuotes, view quotes shared to them by a Dell Sales Representative and can place orders online. -
Shopper
Shoppers can view any content that is specified for their Access Group, can view their own saved e-quote and quotes shared to them by a Dell Sales Representative, but have no buying privileges. -
Shopper No Price
Shoppers can view any content that is specified for their Access Group and can save eQuotes but have no buying privileges. Users with this role will not be able to view pricing.
2 - Manage Users

01Select ‘Add User” and enter the new user’s details.

02Select "Nominated Buyer" if you want this user to receive a copy of every eQuote mail. The user’s name and email address will be displayed to all users in the “Nominated Buyers” drop down list in the save eQuote screen. “Nominated Buyers”, when selected, will receive a copy of the eQuote mail.

03Select the Access Group.

04Select the User Role within the chosen Access Group (e.g. Shopper, Buyer, or Administrator).

05If you want the user to receive a Premier Welcome notification email, check the “Email notification to user” box and click “Save” to finish the process.
Report Offerings
Reports most frequently used by our customers:
With ‘Prebuilt Reports’ you can run, edit, copy, or save report templates linked to your account.
‘Saved Reports’ are created by you or your team and can be run, edited, or copied.
‘Report Schedules’ allow you to set up regularly scheduled reports that can be emailed to up to 10 recipients. Learn more
b. Standard Reports include invoicing, warranty, and recent order reports.
For Shopper-No-Price role, the Recent Online Orders report only will be shown, irrespective of the reports configuration for the account.
Buy Again (US) / Recent Online Orders Access your recent online orders (placed online in the last 60 days) and add to Cart with a single click on ‘Buy Again’, including at item-level. These recent online orders can be easily searched by item, order date, Dell Purchase ID, PO Number, currency, price, payment method or buyer’s email. Users with Site access roles, can view all the site-wide recent online orders. Note: Excludes orders placed from sales-created quotes.
