의심되는 문제 CSCvi51088(KB #000060490 기준). IP 도메인 조회를 비활성화하고 8.4(2e)를 다시 설치하려고 시도했지만, ISSU가 다시 실패했습니다.

'show version' 명령을 실행하면 부팅 변수가 나열됩니다. 'show version' 출력에서 부팅 변수를 설정하려고 했지만 아래 오류가 표시됩니다.

'copy running-config startup-config' 명령이 정상적으로 작동합니다. 'copy r'은 RAM에서 구성을 실행하는 것과 관련이 있지만 RAM은 지속적인 스위치 기능을 위해 스위치의 이미지에서는 실행되지 않습니다. 실행 중인 구성을 외부 서버에 저장할 수도 있습니다.

Cause

위의 부팅 변수 오류는 부트 플래시에서 이미지가 누락되어 있는 것으로 보입니다. 오류 코드는 0x80A30002 동일한 이유로 언급(해당 파일 또는 디렉토리 없음)을 나타냅니다. 부팅 변수가 누락되었음을 나타냅니다.

로더 프롬프트의 스위치는 NVRAM을 조사하여 부팅 변수(찾을 수 없음)를 가져옵니다. 스토리지가 비휘발성이므로 플래시 문제가 의심됩니다.

NVRAM에서 부팅 변수를 가져오면 스위치가 bootflash를 조사하여 이미지를 다시 찾을 수 없으므로 bootflash 문제도 의심합니다.

진행 중인 파일 전송 프로세스에 영향을 미치지 않으므로 구성이 외부(파일 서버에) 복사되었습니다. 외부 서버에서 이미지를 복사하여 부트 플래시에 저장하여 부팅 변수를 설정하더라도 하드웨어를 사용할 수 없습니다. 이것은 하드웨어 문제입니다.
RAM, NVRAM 및 플래시 메모리의 다이어그램에서 각각의 위치와 상주 위치를 보여 줍니다.
 

Resolution

  1. 스위치(부서별 스위치)를 재부팅하면 부팅 플래시를 마운트하는 데 도움이 됩니다. 시스템이 켜지면 디렉터 클래스 스위치가 있는 경우 스위치 또는 시스템 스위치오버에 사전 정의된 모든 파티션을 마운트합니다.
  2. 스위치를 교체하고 저장된 백업에서 구성을 복구합니다.
