Problema suspeito CSCvi51088 (de acordo com a KB #000060490). Tentativa de desativar a pesquisa de domínio IP e reinstalar o 8.4(2e), a ISSU falhou novamente.

O bootflash mostra o consumo, mas nenhum arquivo de conteúdo é visível, pois o bootflash é desmontado.

O comando "show version" lista as variáveis de inicialização. Tentou definir as variáveis de inicialização a partir da saída "show version", mas recebeu o erro abaixo:

O comando "copy running-config startup-config" funciona bem. O comando "copy r s" está relacionado à execução da configuração na RAM, mas não às imagens no switch, pois a RAM é para a funcionalidade contínua do switch. Também podemos salvar o running-config em um servidor externo.

Cause

A falha acima das variáveis de inicialização parece ser devido à ausência de imagens no bootflash. O código de 0x80A30002 menciona (nenhum arquivo ou diretório) pelo mesmo motivo. Indica que as variáveis de inicialização estão ausentes.

A lógica aqui é que o comutador no prompt do carregador analisa a NVRAM para obter variáveis de inicialização (que não foram encontradas). Suspeita de um problema de flash, pois o armazenamento não é volátil.

Depois que ele obtém variáveis de inicialização da NVRAM, o comutador analisa o bootflash para obter imagens, que novamente não foram encontradas, o que também suspeita de problema de bootflash.

A configuração foi copiada externamente (para um servidor de arquivos), pois o processo contínuo de transferência de arquivos não tem nenhum impacto. Mesmo se você copiar as imagens do servidor externo e salvá-la em bootflash para definir variáveis de inicialização, o hardware não poderá ser confiável. Esse é um problema de hardware.

Resolution

  1. Reinicializar o comutador (switches departacionais) ajuda a montar a flash de inicialização. Quando o sistema é ativado, ele monta todas as partições predefinidos no switch ou no switch do sistema se houver switches de classe director.
  2. Substitua o comutador e recupere a configuração do backup salvo.
