命令「copy running-config startup-config」運作正常。命令「copy r」與在 RAM 上執行組態有關，但與交換器上的映射無關，因為 RAM 用於進行中的交換器功能。我們也可以將 running-config 儲存至外部伺服器。

Cause

上述開機變數失敗的原因似乎是 bootflash 中的影像遺失。由於相同原因，錯誤代碼0x80A30002指出 （無此類檔案或目錄）。這表示缺少開機變數。

此處的邏輯是載入器提示中的交換器會尋找 NVRAM 以取得開機變數 （找不到這些變數）。懷疑快閃問題，因為儲存非揮發性。

從 NVRAM 取得開機變數後，交換器會進入 bootflash 以取得影像，但再次找不到影像，因此也懷疑開機問題。

由於進行中的檔案傳輸程式沒有任何影響，因此組態已從外部複製 （到檔案伺服器）。即使您從外部伺服器複製映射，並將其儲存在 bootflash 中，以設定開機變數，也無法依賴硬體。這是硬體問題。

Resolution

  1. 重新開機交換器 （部門交換器） 有助於掛接開機快閃記憶體。系統啟動時，如果有導向器等級的交換器，它會在交換器或系統交換器上掛接所有預先定義的分割區。
  2. 更換交換器，並從儲存的備份復原組態。
