Cause

上述引导变量故障似乎是由于引导闪存中缺少映像所导致的。错误代码0x80A30002出于相同原因提及（无此类文件或目录）。它表示缺少引导变量。

此处的逻辑是加载程序提示符中的交换机查找 NVRAM 以获取引导变量（未找到）。怀疑闪存问题，因为存储是非易失性。

从 NVRAM 获取启动变量后，交换机会查看 bootflash 以获取映像，但同样未找到映像，因此也怀疑 bootflash 问题。

配置在外部拷贝（复制到文件服务器），因为正在进行的文件传输过程不会产生任何影响。即使您从外部服务器拷贝映像并将其保存在 bootflash 中以设置引导变量，也无法依赖硬件。这是硬件问题。

Resolution

  1. 重新启动交换机（部门交换机）有助于装载引导闪存。当系统启动时，如果存在控制器类交换机，它将装载交换机上的所有预定义分区或系统交换机上的分区。
  2. 更换交换机并从保存的备份恢复配置。
