Dell Hybrid Client is a centrally managed desktop solution that combines Ubuntu with the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. This model enables users to securely access cloud, local, or virtual applications, data, and resources.
Warning:
- Dell Hybrid Client Ubuntu technical support is limited to:
- Troubleshooting Dell hardware failures
- Reinstallation of the factory provisioned operating system
- Installing Dell compatible applications
- Other Ubuntu technical support may be provided if Premium, ProSupport, or ProSupport Plus hardware warranty was purchased.

- Go to https://www.dell.com/support/home
- To the right of the page, select Contact Us and then click either:
- Contact Technical Support: If you have a Dell service tag available.

- Contact Technical Support: If you have a Dell service tag available.
- Click Enter service tag.

- Under Identify your product, type your Service Tag and then click Submit.
Note:- Dell Hybrid Client software service tag is obtained through your product order.
- If you are unable to locate the appropriate service tag, reach out to your sales agent for assistance.
- On prompt, select either International Support or Support in [REGION].
Note:- [REGION] is based on the country or region that the product was purchased at.
- Your [REGION] may differ from the above screenshot.
- Select an available contact option.

Order Support
- Go to https://www.dell.com/support/home
- To the right of the page, select Contact Us and then click either:
- Contact Order Support: If you do not have a Dell service tag, and need assistance gaining access to the software.

- Contact Order Support: If you do not have a Dell service tag, and need assistance gaining access to the software.
- Type your Order Number and then click Find My Order.

- To the right of the page, click Contact Customer Support.
- From the drop-down, select Missing or Wrong Items.

- Select an available contact option.
