The following events are reported in the ECS UI:

Cause

The ECS service eventsvc is trying to cleanup two non-existing alerts and triggers informational UI alerts.

Resolution

The Dial Home functionality for Symptom Codes 13007 and 13008 is being blocked from creating new service requests. 

The UI alerts can be ignored for this issue as they are informational and have no impact on the ECS. If the alerts must be suppressed, the issue will be addressed in a later release of the ECS code.
