Dell Optimizer 6.1로 업그레이드할 때 InstallShield가 업그레이드 오류를 보고함
Dell Optimizer 버전 6.0에서 6.1로 업그레이드하는 동안 InstallShield 마법사가 화면에 다음과 같은 오류 메시지를 표시합니다.
Package Purchased Apps Error:
The setup must update files or services that cannot be
updated while the system is running. If you choose to
continue, a reboot will be required to complete the setup.
Cause
이는 x86 프로세스가 x64 프로세스에 액세스할 수 없어 예외가 발생하기 때문입니다.
Resolution
참고: 운영 체제를 변경하거나 소프트웨어를 업데이트하려면 장치에 대한 관리자 권한이 있어야 합니다.
오류 메시지가 나타나면 OK를 클릭하여 설치를 계속 합니다. 설치가 완료되고 업데이트가 성공합니다.
