Symptoms

타겟 Data Domain 시스템의 IP 주소가 변경되었습니다.

NVP(NetWorker VMware Protection) 통합은 vProxy 어플라이언스와 함께 구성됩니다.  가상 머신(VM) 백업이 예상대로 작동하고 Data Domain 디바이스에 대한 ddboost 연결을 열지 못하기 시작했습니다.  NetWorker Server 및 vProxy 어플라이언스는 Data Domain 시스템(짧은 이름, FQDN 및 IP 주소)을 올바르게 해결할 수 있습니다.

Cause

vProxy 데몬이 이전 Data Domain 시스템 IP 주소를 캐싱했습니다.

Resolution

vProxy 데몬을 재시작하여 캐시에서 이전 Data Domain IP 주소를 지웁니까?
 
  1. SSH 클라이언트(PuTTy)를 통해 vProxy에 로그인하고 루트 계정으로 전환합니다. 
sudo su - root
  1. vProxy가 Data Domain의 새 IP 주소를 ping할 수 있는지 확인합니다. 
ping -c 4 DATA_DOMAIN_IPADDRESS
  1. vProxy가 Data Domain의 새 IP 주소와 FQDN을 확인할 수 있는지 확인합니다.
nslookup DATA_DOMAIN_FQDN
nslookup DATA_DOMAIN_IPADDRESS
  • vProxy가 Data Domain을 해결하거나 ping을 통해 연결할 수 없는 경우 이름 확인/네트워크 연결 문제를 해결합니다. 그렇지 않으면 다음 단계로 진행합니다.
  • DNS 및 이름 확인 문제 해결
  1. vProxy 서비스를 다시 로드합니다.
systemctl 데몬-reload
systemctl restart vbackupd.service
  • 필요에 따라 vProxy 호스트를 재부팅할 수 있습니다. 
reboot
  1. VM 백업 작업을 다시 실행합니다.
