Symptoms

L’exécution des diagnostics matériels du Lifecycle Controller échoue avec l’erreur suivante :

Recommended Action
Update the Diagnostics application using the Firmware Update feature in Lifecycle Controller. For the latest Update Packages, contact your service provider.

La version des diagnostics matériels est 0 sous l’onglet Mise à jour de firmware dans le Life Cycle Controller. (La même chose peut être vérifiée à partir de l’iDRAC > Inventaire système > )

Cause

Il s’agit d’un problème courant de disparition de l’application de diagnostic matériel.

Resolution

Pour résoudre ce problème, réinstallez l’application de diagnostic matériel.
  1. Téléchargez l’application de diagnostic matériel.
  2. Dans iDRAC >Maintenance >Manual Update>Browse, choisissez le fichier .exe que vous avez téléchargé à l’étape 1.
  3. Attendez que la tâche soit terminée.
  4. Ouvrez Lifecycle Controller et exécutez les diagnostics matériels.
