Symptoms

/var/log/brs/vmdm/vmdm.log contains the following:

CertificateUtils.handshakeWithException(396)] - IOException: SSL handshake failed Read timed out

Cause

A code issue discovered in PPDM versions 19.19 and earlier.

Resolution

Upgrade PPDM to 19.20 or later.
