ECS：如何使用專用 SMTP 啟動 xDoctor，並在 SCG 連線無法使用時啟用 dial-home 警示

Summary: ECS 至 SCG 的連線失敗，因為 Dell 資產記錄同步暫時發生問題，且在其他一些情況下，不允許 SCG 連線 （暗網站）。 在這種情況下，xDoctor 將無法啟動。若未啟用 xDoctor，ECS 將不會傳送 dial-home 警示或顯示在 xDoctor/CLM 中，因為 xDoctor 會使用 SMTP 向 CLM 回報警示。因此，當產生警示時，會傳送電子郵件給收件者，如果沒有 xDoctor 入口網站和 CLM 連線能力，就不會產生 dial-home 服務要求。 本 KB 說明使用專用 SMTP 伺服器而非 SCG 啟動 xDoctor 的步驟。每個 SCG 閘道都有整合的 SMTP 伺服器。如果存在，則可以使用它來代替專用 SMTP 伺服器，直到 SCG 問題得到解決。 ...

注意：為 ECS 原生警示產生 DialHome SR 時，專用 SMTP 組態有限制。這是根據設計運作。若要為 ECS 原生警示產生 DialHome，CLM 會使用 SCG 閘道。由於專用 SMTP 沒有 SCG，因此 CLM 不會產生 DialHome 案例。

請參閱 KB ECS：如果僅設定與上述備註相關的 SMTP，則 ECS 原生警示不會產生 DialHome SR。
