PowerFlex: PFMP 및 설치 프로그램 지원 데이터를 수집하는 방법

PowerFlex Manager 플랫폼 지원 데이터를 수집합니다.

1. 필요한 경우 데이터 수집 실행 파일을 전송하고, pfmp_support를 모든 PFMP(PowerFlex Manager Platform) 클러스터 구성원 호스트로 확장할 수 있습니다.
   이 유틸리티는 PFMP 설치 관리자와 함께 PFMP_Installer/scripts 디렉토리 아래에 있는 것을 확인할 수 있습니다.
2. 클러스터 구성원 노드 중 하나에서 user와 같은 수퍼유저 권한을 가진 사용자로 데이터 수집 유틸리티를 실행합니다 root.

3. PFMP 클러스터가 둘 이상의 노드로 구성된 경우 나머지 각 노드에서 사용자와 같은 수퍼유저 권한이 있는 사용자로 유틸리티를 실행합니다. root에서 공유 Kubernetes 데이터 수집을 건너뜁니다.

4. 모든 클러스터 구성원 노드에서 결과 지원 번들 파일을 PowerFlex 지원에 제공합니다.
   기본적으로 번들 파일의 이름은 /tmp/powerflex-pfmpsupport/pfmpSupport.tgz.

PowerFlex Manager 플랫폼 설치 프로그램 지원 데이터를 수집합니다.

1. PFMP(PowerFlex Manager Platform) 설치 프로그램 호스트에서 데이터 수집 유틸리티인 pfmp_support, user와 같은 수퍼유저 권한이 있는 사용자로 root.
   이 유틸리티는 설치 프로그램이 추출된 위치의 PFMP_Installer/scripts 디렉토리 아래에 있는 것을 확인할 수 있습니다.
   아래 예에서 PFMP 설치 프로그램은 /tmp/PFMP2-4.0.0-161.
