Symptoms

- Kun virtuaalikoneen varmuuskopioita selataan FLR:n avulla, näyttöön tulee seuraava virheilmoitus:
- Tämä tapahtuu, vaikka selattava virtuaalikone ei ylitä FLR-rajoja.
- Kun FLR-lokeja tarkistetaan välityspalvelimessa, /usr/local/avamarclient/bin/logs-hakemiston MountMgr.log-tiedostossa näkyy seuraavanlaisia virheilmoituksia siitä, että välityspalvelin ei voi hakea varmuuskopioluetteloa varmuuskopioinnin kohdepalvelimesta (DD) ja että sitä ei ole olemassa:

Resolution
Korjaa ongelma seuraavasti:
- Varmista, että Avamar-välityspalvelin voi selvittää täydellisen toimialuenimen, suorittamalla välityspalvelimessa seuraava komento:
- nslookup <datadomain_FQDN>
- nslookup <datadomain_IP>
- Jos tulosteessa ei näy oikeita Data Domain -tietoja, muokkaa välityspalvelimen /etc/resolve.conf-tiedostoa ja lisää oikea DNS-nimi.
- Lisää Data Domainin täydellinen toimialuenimi ja IP-osoite välityspalvelimen /etc/hosts-tiedostoon.
