Connectrix：如何使用 SANnav、CLI 和织锦 USB 收集织锦 Supportsave 日志

提供有关如何使用 SANnav UI、SSH （CLI） 和织锦 USB 正确收集织锦 Supportsave 的说明和示例。

用户不熟悉如何收集织锦 Supportsave 的过程。

使用 SANnav 收集交换机 Supportsave 文件：

1. 选择 SANnav >ServicesSupportsave Management> 

2. 此时将显示 Supportsave Management 对话框。选择要生成 Supportsave 的所有或单个交换机。
   1. 选择交换机右侧的下拉箭头，然后选择 Generate 以收集各个交换机

1. 2. 选中 Chassis Name左侧的复选框，然后从 Action 下拉框中选择 Generate以收集所有交换机

3. 选择 Generate 后， 将打开 Generate Supportsave 对话框，其中包含多个选项供用户选择：

1 - Select the desired protocol               => SFTP / SCP

2 - FRU Dump:                                 => only FRU dump data will be collected.

3 - Include prefix to the file name:          => Can add for example datacenter name, or any other prefix.

4 - Upload Generated file after completion:   => Can automatically upload the file to FTP / SFTP / SCP site.

5 - Use password to protect file:             => Can give the compressed file a password if needed.

6 - Reset Counter:                            => Reset the counters on the switch AFTER the collection.

4. 启动 Supportsave 后，“ Supportsave 管理”对话框中的状态会在 “状态”列下显示进度

5. 完成 Supportsave 的生成后，在 Generated Files选项卡上的同一对话框中，可以看到收集的 Supportsave。使用右侧的下拉框，将收集的 Supportsave 下载到本地系统以进行进一步处理。

使用 Fabric OS CLI 收集交换机 SupportSaves：

1. 使用 telnet 或 SSH 上的用户帐户登录交换机
2. 在命令提示符处，键入以下 CLI 命令以进行交互式使用

supportsave

3. 回答以下提示：
   1. 提供 FTP 服务器的 IP 地址
   2. 提供 FTP 服务器的用户名和密码
   3. 选择协议（例如 FTP）
   4. 要将文件转储到的 FTP 服务器上的远程目录

#> supportsave

此命令从活动和备用 CP 收集 RASLOG、TRACE、supportShow、核心文件、FFDC 数据和其他支持信息，然后将其传输到 FTP、SCP 或 SFTP 服务器或 USB 设备。本地 CP、远程 CP 和 BP 的信息将被保存，但 Supportshow 信息仅在活动 CP 上可用。此操作可能需要几分钟时间。

User Name: anonymous (user name used to login to the FTP/SCP server)

Remote Directory: /temp (folder in the root directory of the FTP/SCP server that you want to dump the files to.)

使用 Brocade 标签 USB 收集交换机 Supportsave 文件：

1. 使用 CLI 命令装载 USB：

usbstorage  e

2. 使用 CLI 命令列出 USB 内容：

usbstorage  l 

3. 运行 Supportsave 命令以使用 CLI 命令创建文件夹并转储文件：

supportsave -U -d <directory>

4. 使用 CLI 命令列出 USB 内容，以确认所有文件都在那里。它位于名为 Support 的根文件夹下。

usbstorage  l

5. 使用以下命令禁用 USB 驱动器，然后将其从交换机中移除：

usbstorage  d

6. 将日志文件收集到可传输到戴尔的位置后，对其进行压缩。

交换机 Supportsave 的文件名格式为：

<Switchname>-<SlotCP#>-<YearMonthDayTime>.Filename.Extension

如果有可能必须使用已结束支持的产品 Connectrix Manager Converged Network Edition （CMCNE） 收集 Supportsave，请执行以下步骤：

使用 CMCNE 收集交换机 Supportsave 文件：

1. 选择 显示器 >技术支持 >产品/主机 Supportsave

此时将显示 Technical Supportsave 对话框

2. 能够遍历整个结构或单个交换机。

3. 将切换移至右侧菜单后，单击 OK 以开始收集过程。此时将打开一个新窗口，其中显示每个交换机的进度。
