Problemet kan opstå for en installation, eller når DPA-programmet eller datalagerserveren opgraderes på SUSE Linux version 15.

Installationsprogrammet kører og afsluttes med:

Install DPA on SLES 15 and later

Install the insserv-compat pre-requisite package. 
Type the following command to check if the insserv-compat package is installed or not:
# sudo rpm -q insserv-compat

If it is not installed, type the following commands:
# sudo zypper insserv-compat (if you have a valid SLES subscription with licensed repositories).
# sudo rpm -ivh insserv-compat (if you do not have a valid SLES subscription, manually download the package, and run this command).

2. Type the following command to copy the /etc/os-release file content to /etc/SuSE-release:
# sudo cp /etc/os-release /etc/SuSE-release
