Symptoms
Das Problem kann bei einer Installation oder beim Upgrade der DPA-Anwendung oder des Datenspeicherservers auf SUSE Linux Version 15 auftreten.
Das Installationsprogramm wird mit folgendem Befehl ausgeführt und abgeschlossen:
Der Datenspeicher konnte nicht installiert werden ODER der Anwendungsserver konnte nicht installiert werden.
Der folgende Fehler wird im /dpa/services/logs/commands.log beobachtet:
Schritte zur weiteren Untersuchung:
1. Legen Sie dann die folgende Variable fest:
export LAX_DEBUG=true
2. Führen Sie die Installation erneut aus.
Unter /tmp wird eine Datei ähnlich der folgenden erstellt, die die Debug-Meldungen des Installationsprogramms enthält:
lax-6974182363487891543-out.tmp
Der Fehler wird am Ende der Datei beobachtet:

Type the following command to check if the insserv-compat package is installed or not:
# sudo rpm -q insserv-compat
If it is not installed, type the following commands:
# sudo zypper insserv-compat (if you have a valid SLES subscription with licensed repositories).
# sudo rpm -ivh insserv-compat (if you do not have a valid SLES subscription, manually download the package, and run this command).
2. Type the following command to copy the /etc/os-release file content to /etc/SuSE-release:
# sudo cp /etc/os-release /etc/SuSE-release
