  • lgtonwui-19.10.0.0_x86_64安装在不是 NetWorker 服务器的 Linux 主机上。
  • 无法从 Web 浏览器访问 NWUI。
  • nwui 服务启动，但随后立即终止。

Cause

此问题已向 NetWorker 工程部门提出。

Resolution

此问题将在未来的 NetWorker 版本中得到解决。一旦代码修复提交到 NetWorker 版本，此知识库文章将会更新。

解决办法：

在 NetWorker 服务器上安装 lgtonwuiserv-19.10.0.1-1.x86_64 软件包，并将 NetWorker 服务器配置为 NWUI 服务器。lgtonwuiserv 和 lgtonwui 安装文件均在 Dell NetWorker 产品页面上提供的完整 NetWorker 软件包下载中。
