Symptoms

NetWorker Exchange zálohuje modul NetWorker Module for Microsoft (NMM) a selže.

Proces zálohování se spustí, zazálohuje soubory protokolu, poté připojí snímek pro databázové soubory a selže s následujícími chybami:

BBB exclude list : Unable to open/create g_sqlstr_volumes_table table, error is table 'volumes' already exists.
BBB exclude list : Unable to add merge_bitmap_status field, error is duplicate column name: merge_bitmap_status.

Cause

Disky se systémem souborů pro Exchange mají velikost několika terabajtů (TB), ale méně než 16 TB.
Velikost clusteru na každém disku je 16 kilobajtů (kB).

 

Resolution

Pro velikost clusteru doporučujeme postupovat podle níže uvedených pokynů společnosti Microsoft:

  • U diskových svazků menších než 16 TB použijte cluster o velikosti 4 kB
  • U diskových svazků větších než 16 TB použijte velikost clusteru 16 kB.
