Symptoms

NetWorker Exchange가 NMM(NetWorker Module for Microsoft)을 백업하고 실패합니다.

백업 프로세스가 시작되고 로그 파일을 백업한 다음 데이터베이스 파일에 대한 스냅샷을 마운트하고 실패하며 다음 오류가 발생합니다.

BBB exclude list : Unable to open/create g_sqlstr_volumes_table table, error is table 'volumes' already exists.
BBB exclude list : Unable to add merge_bitmap_status field, error is duplicate column name: merge_bitmap_status.

Cause

Exchange용 파일 시스템 디스크는 크기가 수 테라바이트(TB)이지만 16TB 미만입니다.
각 디스크의 클러스터 크기는 16KB(킬로바이트)입니다.

 

Resolution

아래의 클러스터 크기에 대한 Microsoft 지침을 따르는 것이 좋습니다.

  • 16TB 미만의 디스크 볼륨의 경우 4KB 클러스터 크기 사용
  • 16TB보다 큰 디스크 볼륨의 경우 16KB 클러스터 크기 사용
