NetWorker Exchange, Microsoft için NetWorker Module'ü (NMM) yedekliyor ve başarısız oluyor.

Yedekleme işlemi başlatılır ve Günlük Dosyalarını yedekler, ardından veritabanı dosyaları için anlık görüntüyü bağlar ve aşağıdaki hatalarla başarısız olur:

BBB exclude list : Unable to open/create g_sqlstr_volumes_table table, error is table 'volumes' already exists.
BBB exclude list : Unable to add merge_bitmap_status field, error is duplicate column name: merge_bitmap_status.

Cause

Exchange için dosya sistemi disklerinin boyutu birkaç Terabayttır (TB) ancak 16 TB'den küçüktür.
Her diskteki küme boyutu 16 Kilobayttır (KB).

 

Resolution

Aşağıdaki küme boyutu için Microsoft yönergelerini takip etmeniz önerilir:

  • 16 TB'den küçük disk bölümleri için 4 KB küme boyutunu kullanın
  • 16 TB'den büyük disk bölümleri için 16 KB küme boyutunu kullanın
