Symptoms
Error: WD19S, WD19DCS, WD22TB4, and HD22Q Firmware Update Failed
Anyone with a Dell laptop using the Qualcomm CPU together with a WD19S, WD19DCS, WD22TB4, or HD22Q docking station may experience a firmware error.

Cause
The DFU utility has a compatibility problem with the WD19S, WD19DCS, WD22TB4, or HD22Q docking stations.
Resolution
Updating to DFU Utility Windows 11 ARM64 version 01.00.39, 01.00.23 or later resolves the issue. To download and install the firmware, see the following article:
