Symptoms

Several services are down and have not come back up after the reboot.

 

Cause

The aaa service is not communicating with the sysmgr, which is stopping the sysmgr and the rest of the services from starting up.

Resolution

Workaround:

-restart the aaa service and then start the sysmgr service and then the rest of the services should start on their own.

  1. "aaa restart"
  2. "sysmgr start"

Fix:

Upgrade to PowerProtect Data Manager 19.18.0-04.
