이 문제는 다음과 같은 경우에 발생합니다.

  1. 컴퓨터에 DDPM 소프트웨어 설치
  2. 동글을 사용하여 헤드셋 연결
  3. 두 번째 동글을 사용하여 두 번째 헤드셋 연결
  4. DDPM에 연결된 헤드셋이 하나만 표시됩니다.

Cause

DPeM에서도 동일한 동작이 나타납니다. 두 개의 헤드셋을 동시에 식별할 수 없습니다.

Resolution

동글 하나를 분리하고 한 번에 하나의 헤드셋만 사용합니다.
