- The 0x10e, 0x13A, or 0x116 on-screen errors indicate a Graphics Processor Unit (GPU) switching power management mode during a cold boot. However, the device failed to respond correctly.
- Installing the NVIDIA version 32.0.15.9579 from a non-Dell website can result in displaying the 0x116 on-screen error.
