SnapVX common parameters

Some parameters can be set on a specific SnapVX command, on the GLOBAL command, and as a corresponding site option. For such parameters, the value that is set on the specific command overrides, during this command, any value of this parameter that is specified on the GLOBAL command or as the site option. For example, during an ACTIVATE command, the CONSISTENT parameter value that is specified on this command overrides any value that is set with the GLOBAL command CONSISTENT parameter or with the &CONSIST site option.
