Table 1. Front panel features — 1.8-inch SSD systemItem 1 are the hot-swappable hard drives. Item 2 is the USB 3.0 port that allows you to connect USB devices to the system. Item 3 is the USB/iDRAC managed USB port that allows you to connect USB devices to the system or provides access to the iDRAC Direct features. For more information, see the Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller User’s Guide at Dell.com/idracmanuals. The USB management port is USB 2.0-compliant. Item 4 is the iDRAC Direct LED indicator that manages the indicator lights when the iDRAC controls the USB1 port for management functions. Item 5 the status indicator that provides information about the status of the system. Item 6 is the power-on indicator or power button that glows when the system power is on. The power button controls the power supply output to the system. Item 7 is the handle that is used to slide the server module out of the enclosure.
