Troubleshooting Processors
Steps
- Remove the blade from the enclosure.
- Open the blade.
- Make sure that the processor(s) and heat sink(s) are properly installed.
- If the system only has one processor installed, make sure that it is installed in the primary processor socket (CPU1).
- Close the blade.
- Install the blade in the enclosure.
- Run the appropriate diagnostic test.
