ESXi host reboot and VM migration takes more time longer than expected
- Description

An ESXi host configured with iSCSI LUN takes more time longer than expected to complete ESXi reboot, or VM migrations, and VM power-on operations. These issues are observed for the below configuration:
- BCM 5719/BCM 5720 NICs are used for the iSCSI traffic
- No network switch between the ESXi host and iSCSI storage array
- Jumbo frames are configured on ESXi host and storage array
