VMware vSphere 7.x on Dell PowerEdge Systems Release Notes
ESXi NIC firmware version or vCenter is displayed incorrectly
- Description
- On ESXi host with the device BRCM NetXtreme Gigabit Ethernet 5720, the command esxcli network nic get -n vmnicX; where X is the vmnic number; displays the firmware version. However, this version does not match the firmware displayed in iDRAC page under device. This is a cosmetic issue.
