Cris Villanueva serves as the Senior Director of Global Takeback, Dell Services. In this role, Cris ensures that all Dell customers have access to easy and environmentally responsible IT asset end-of-life disposition services. Under Cris’ leadership, the Asset Recovery Services (ARS) team provides corporate customers with comprehensive IT asset disposal services, including data sanitization, recycling, lease return, and value recovery. In addition to supporting corporate customers, Cris’ team also manages Dell’s consumer recycling programs, and producer responsibility obligations. By aligning environmental stewardship with operational efficiency, Cris and her team help customers meet some of their most challenging business and sustainability goals.
