      • Kierra's story: Kierra King, an economics major from Clark University in Atlanta, joined our finance summer internship program. After completing it, she secured a full-time position in our Finance Development Program, where she finished her final rotation in the summer of 2023. Since starting at Dell, Kierra has become an advocate for Dell's inclusive hiring approach.

This 10-12 week blended learning experience ensures that learners develop the knowledge and skills needed to become career ready.
