Learner-driven education for STEM-related career skills
Girls Who Game is an extracurricular program created by Dell Technologies with partners Microsoft and Intel. Open to all, the program provides an opportunity for students across the world to learn about science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) through gaming. The players learn such skills as computational and critical thinking, communication, collaboration, creativity, problem-solving, and innovation. The players are empowered to become leaders in STEM related fields.

Girls Who Game is an opportunity for students across the world to learn more about STEM and computational thinking through gaming.
The program offers personalized, safe and supportive community with coaches, mentors, and role models to engage the players and build their self-efficacy and confidence. During the program, a challenge is launched with the clubs, which is aligned to one or more of the UN SDGs.
Starting with development in Minecraft, the learning evolves to leadership development and an Esports Challenge.

OUR ROLE Empowering young students with STEM skills
Girls Who Game empowers students to have fun while learning about STEM career skills through gaming.
We hope to improve 1 billion lives through digital inclusion by 2030. Girls Who Game accelerates these efforts by assisting students to learn essential STEM skills.
GIRLS WHO GAME MENTORS Developing leadership and building self efficacy
This program fosters the pursuit of academic and career aspirations of students through mentorship. Virtual mentor opportunities are facilitated through access to the Mentor Gallery of Experience, club presentations and 1:1 mentor/mentee assignments.
These activities inspire, educate, and equip students from the program with authentic application of necessary knowledge, skills, and insights to be successful in STEM fields. Students are also guided to develop their own leadership and mentorship skills.
