Unable to Detect Connect to WIFI 6E 6GHz Networks in Windows

Symptoms
WIFI-6E Access points cannot be found by the Intel AX211 Wi-Fi 6E network card and so no connection is possible. The Access point SSID is detected after switching to 5 GHz or 2.4 GHz. The problem is seen with Windows 11 and Windows 10.
The issue has been reported with Latitude 7430 computer, but other computer models which use AX211 Wi-Fi 6E cards might be affected as well.
Cause

Resolution
Updating to BIOS version 1.9.1 or later on the computer resolves the issue. To download and install the BIOS, reference BIOS Update Guide.
Windows 11 is mandatory for WIFI 6E support. WiFi 6E is not supported with Windows 10 due to it cannot access the 6 GHz band.
